Our firm was founded in 2009 with a mission to equip leaders in fulfilling their calling to develop individual potential, expand interpersonal influence and maximize organizational effectiveness. We fulfill this mission by offering best-in-class talent assessments, comprehensive training (on-site or virtual) and personalized coaching. Our assessments, training and coaching solutions have been deployed all over the world, with over 70,000 participants to date. Although we maintain a global presence, our partners offer personalized support to our clients.
The focus of our practice is best described as organizational development (or “OD”), as it involves applications of industrial-organizational psychology, training and development, human resources development and strategic leadership. Our team has engaged in these and related applications for over 25 years, with our experience including organizations in the private, public and nonprofit arenas - all with a common need: to cultivate happier, more productive workplaces. We have served hundreds of small to moderate sized employers (from 10 to 1,000 employees) and some of the largest, including MetLife, Shell Oil, Ford Motor Company, AXA/Equitable, Time Warner Cable, Coca-Cola, Penske, ADP, Principal Financial, Royal Bank of Canada, West Pharmaceuticals, NASA, Department of Defense and Express Employment Professionals.
Recognizing the common need across diverse organizations, industries and cultures, we collaborated with Professional Development Training (a global training provider) to create a comprehensive talent development solution. This solution combines psychometric assessments, comprehensive-yet-customizable training curriculum and personalized coaching templates. The solution is based on the notion that leaders and their teams can experience increased performance, engagement and retention to the extent they develop interpersonal agility. Based on our research involving over 30,000 participants and a decade of consulting experience, we labeled this interpersonal agility as “REACH” - that is, the capacity to RE-late and ACH-ieve more effectively together.
The REACH model has been implemented by our partners on five continents, including the US, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Ireland, Portugal, South Africa, India, Malaysia, Singapore and Hong Kong. This global presence has been made possible through our partnership with the OrgDev Institute (ODI) of Brisbane, Australia. This partnership resulted in the creation of the REACH Ecosystem, an online platform to host and deliver the comprehensive resources offered within the REACH model.
Today, employers of all sizes and representing an array of industries leverage the REACH Ecosystem to assess and grow the agility of their teams - to grow their REACH.
We leverage an evidence-based measure of interpersonal agility known as the REACH Quotient or RQ. Increased RQ has been linked to higher performance, engagement and retention in workplaces around the globe. We grow RQ at the individual, team and organizational levels via personalized assessment, training and coaching.
